SHIPPING POLICY

Coverage Areas:

• We offer shipping within Spain and to all of Europe.

Free Shipping:

• For orders within Spain over €50 (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), we offer free shipping.
• Orders eligible for free shipping will be sent via standard service, and the estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

Shipping Costs:

• For orders within Spain under €50, standard shipping rates will apply.
• For shipments to all of Europe, shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the customer's location and package weight.

Delivery Time:

• The estimated delivery time for orders within Spain is 2-5 business days from the order processing date.
• For shipments to Europe, delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, but an estimate will be provided during the checkout process.

Order Tracking:

• We will provide tracking numbers for all shipments, allowing customers to track the status of their order in real time.
• Customers will receive email notifications with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Shipping Address:

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during the checkout process to ensure smooth delivery.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Return Period:

• We offer a 14-day return period from the date of receipt of the item.

Return Conditions:

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Food products are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.
• If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.

Return Process:

• Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to download the return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues:

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
• You have 7 days from the delivery date to file a claim for damages or issues.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care products, and hazardous materials.
• We do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days.
